For shipments, we ship via DHL Priority. Processing takes 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. You will receive a full refund, less shipping charges. Before returning an item, please email us at sales@lovehearing.com. We will give you a return confirmation information. No returns will be accepted if products are physically damaged.

Hearing aids can be easily damaged in shipping, so returns must be packaged in a small box similar to the boxes we use to ship our orders. All hearing aid returns and/or repairs shipped in envelopes will be refused.

  • Whistling (feedback) occurs when amplified sound returns to the microphone and are re-amplfied. Most hearing aids (even ones costing thousands of dollars) whistle when not inserted properly into the ear canal.
  • You can confirm that the hearing aid is working properly by removing the aid and covering the hole in the tubing/domes with your finger (the whistling should stop). Try pulling your ear up and back and reinserting ear piece into ear so it fits better (or try a different sized ear piece).
  • Sometimes feedback may occur when you have a blockage of wax in the ear canal, a stiff eardrum (from a cold, for example) or any condition that causes sound to be reflected from the ear canal. In these cases, the fit may be fine, and the feedback will disappear when the condition is corrected.
  • Check for any cracks in the tubing or the earhook. For optimal performance, the hearing aid tubing and domes should be changed every 3-6 months.
  • Lower the volume if it is set too high.
  • Clean any wax that may be blocking.
  • If you cannot obtain a good fit, consider getting a custom mold made to your ear.

  • Make sure the battery is inserted correctly.
  • Make sure battery is fresh. If there is any doubt, try a new one (where you have to remove the sticky flap off the battery surface). Make sure volume control is on (volume dial should be set above the number 1).
  • Check the tubing for any signs of moisture or wax occluding it.
  • Check the battery contacts to be sure they are not corroded.
  • Reposition the hearing aid tubing/dome in your ear canal.
 
Sound is distorted or intermittent10
 
  • Flick on/off switch back and forth, in case dust or lint has collected in the controls.
  • Check the battery contacts to be sure they are not corroded.
  • If the hearing ais was in a humid environment subject to sweat, moisture may clog the aid and distort sounds. Consider using a hearing aid dehumidifier overnight and try again.
  • Lower the volume.
  • Replace the battery with a fresh one.
  • Check the tubing for wax that may be blocking or for any signs of wear. Replace the tubing if it appears stiff, bent, cracked, or frayed.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues. Defective merchandise returned within the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item.You are required to pay the round trip freight and make sure no items or accessories are lost. Defective merchandise returned after the first 30 days will be charged for the maintenance cost and freight fee.

I have a used hearing aid I'd like to sell. Do you buy them?
